Here you’ll find answers to the most frequently asked questions. More detailed information is available in the Condiciones de Participación.

Registration with your details is necessary so we can send your prize to you quickly and smoothly. Additionally, your registration data sets up a login allowing you to participate multiple times without re-entering your details. Please ensure your personal information is entered correctly. The data you provide will be collected, processed (stored), used, and deleted at the end of the campaign period by the agency handling the prize draw, unless there is a legal obligation to retain it. For the main prizes (levels 1–4), we require a signed prize declaration and the original receipt(s) by post at:
caspar company GmbH, Ref: “STAEDTLER”, Nonnenstieg 9, 20149 Hamburg, Germany.
Have you already signed and sent the declaration? Have you included the original receipt(s)? If yes, we will dispatch your prize a few days after receiving your complete documents.

For prizes at level 5 (a €10 shopping voucher), you will receive a prize email automatically to your registered email address.

Prizes at level 6 are sent automatically to your inbox, provided you uploaded a valid receipt.

Click here to go directly to the registration form. Please fill in your data field by field. It’s best to use the Tab key (left of the “Q” key) or your mouse to move to the next field. Any error messages should disappear automatically.

Then, tick the box to accept the terms and conditions and confirm you are at least 18 years old, and click “Register.” If successful, you will be taken to the receipt upload page, where you can upload a scan or photo of your receipt and receive your lucky code.

By clicking “Get Code Now” you’ll immediately see your prize. You’ll also receive an email with your login details.

If registration still doesn’t work, it might be due to an outdated browser. We recommend trying another device or updating/installing a different browser (see below: “Using an older browser or having display issues?”).

Only registered users can log in with their registered email address and chosen password.

Please enter your registered email exactly into the “Username (email from registration):” field (no name or similar).

Enter your current password into the “Password (your registration password):” field. If you forgot your password, you can request a new one here. The new password will be sent by email (check spam/junk folder or “unknown/unwanted” folders).

Make sure no spaces are entered before or after your password. Click “Login” to go to the receipt upload page and enter your code.

  5. If possible: the confirmation email
